Pam Blanchard & The Sunny Side Up Band
Pam Blanchard is the songwriter, lead singer and rhythm guitar player for the band. She has been recognized internationally for her songwriting, and has been rewarded for her work with children.
The band’s music is creative, imaginative, entertaining, educational and all original music for children, with an emphasis on movement and interaction. Adults can also enjoy the songs.
The other band members are Mindy Kershner (saxophone, clarinet, flute, vocals), Joe Ellison (drums and percussion), Michael Wegner (guitar, mandolin, banjo, harmonica, keyboards, electric guitar and vocals), Kemp Jones (keyboard, tambourine and vocals) and Danny Conkle (bass). With over 13 instruments, they perform all styles of music, from jazz and country to gospel and reggae.
Pam Blanchard will perform at 10 a.m., and will run the kids activities Saturday morning.
